Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage or missing items to ensure a swift resolution.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging, as these are required for our quality control team to process your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the photos within 48 hours of delivery to receive a return authorization.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
